Preparation Method:
- N-(4-Aminophenyl)-4-(tert-butyl)benzamide can be synthesized by the following steps:
1. Hydroquinone is reacted with tert-butyl alcohol to obtain p-tert-butyl phenol.
2. In the presence of thionyl chloride, p-tert-butylphenol and hydroquinone were condensed by thermal condensation reaction to obtain N-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,4-benzoquinone.
3. Finally, N-(4-Aminophenyl)-4-(tert-butyl)benzamide was obtained by aminolysis of N-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,4-benzoquinone.
